We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the SFMOMA Museum Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that final sale items and custom prints are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or visit our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
